Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 21-year-old male who was reported with an epidermal nevus, multiple compound melanocytic nevi, and multiple speckled lentiginous nevus (SLN). It says that the physical examination showed a linear organoid nevus (ON) and multiple SLNs, which are the manifestations of phacomatosis pigmentokeratotica (PPK). It also mentions that a twin-spot phenomenon was observed in PPK, which is the co-occurrence of two different nevi.
