Abstract

The article describes the case of a 24-tear-old woman who was diagnosed with bilateral trigeminal arteries. The patient was hospitalized due to oculomotor cranial nerve (CN) III palsy on the right side following a caesarean section. She was treated with platinum detachable coils, which improved her condition. Clinical information on persistent trigeminal artery (PTA) is also given.
