PRAIČNOST I MEĐU NARODNO PRAVO U RAZGRANIČENJIMA MORSKIH PROSTORA.

The article focuses on the conflict of laws over the maritime delimitation in the North Adriatic between Croatia and Slovenia. It highlights some case law of international courts and tribunals in maritime delimitations and explains some provisions in the Arbitration Agreement which was signed between Slovenia and Croatia on November 4, 2009. It investigates the concept of equity and international law in terms of maritime delimitations.
