Abstract

The article offers ways on how to eliminate wasting time practices and boost employee productivity. It states that office employees should learn to control the impulse of checking their e-mails every five minutes. It states that minor tasks should not be done at the expense of major projects and suggests focusing on important projects. It proposes scheduling time for meetings and visitors to focus on key priorities and prevent interruptions such as unexpected visitors and telephone calls.
