Abstract: The article provides an overview of the International Federation of Municipal Engineering (IFME). It states that IFME is open to professional municipal engineers and public works professionals that aims to foster continued improvement in their quality of public works and community services. It offers information on the important issues discussed at the board meetings including the impact of climate change, sustainable management and provision of infrastructures.
