Withholding taxes in FYR Macedonia.

This article discusses the imposition of withholding taxes in FYR Macedonia. It identifies the payment of withholding tax as the liability of domestic companies and individuals and non-resident companies and individuals with a permanent establishment in the country. It also explores the imposition of withholding taxes on the transfer of after-tax profits of a permanent establishment of a non-resident.
