China indium market tight despite some low offers.

The article reports on the decision of some Chinese crude indium producers to offer material at less than 5,000 yuan per kilogram (kg) due to tighter liquidity and global commodities sell-off in May 2011. A refined indium producer noted that the current production costs for some producers are estimated at 3,000 yuan.
