Abstract
- A patient with multiple sclerosis is reported in whom neck flexion produced a reversible deterioration in gait and an increase in the degree of pyramidal weakness of the lower limbs. The name McArdle's sign is proposed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
