Abstract
- Twenty days after a streptokinase infusion given for myocardial infarction, a patient developed a group G streptococcal throat infection. Thirteen days later he presented with a serum sickness type illness and progressive renal failure. Renal biopsy showed crescentic glomerulonephritis. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]
