Commission v. France.

The article discusses the two rulings added by the European Court of Justice to its jurisprudence on cross-border access to healthcare. It cites the judgments by the European Commission in Commission v. France and Georgi Ivanov Elchinov v. Natsionalna zdravnoosiguritelna kasa. It is noted that these cases cannot be labeled as revolutionary judgments altering legislative regime although the judgments can provide clarification on when the Member States can impose prior authorization requirements.
