Building co-operative knowledge through an unlearning context.

The article discusses a study that was conducted in Murcia, Spain concerning the establishment of co-operative knowledge via an unlearning context. The researchers tested the research model and hypothesized relationships by applying the structural equation modeling approach. The study subjects included 277 co-operative members in the agricultural industry. The procedure included the need for the researchers to attend the Federación de Cooperativas Agrarias de Murcia (FECOAM). The researchers also applied factor analysis in the study.
