CT findings in a mixed-type acute gastric volvulus.

The article describes the case of a 25-year-old woman with a mixed-type acute gastric volvulus. The patient experienced symptoms of several abdominal pain, nausea and emesis. She was examined with contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT) to determine his condition. She underwent immediate surgery, including laparotomy and gastrectomy.
