Abstract
- In the United States antitrust legislation has come to be taken for granted. In fact, trust busting has practically become an American institution. But have antitrust laws and decrees had the results intended? Are there opportunities to improve and strengthen the antitrust laws? And what accounts for the radically different viewpoints on such questions that are held by United States and European businessmen? These and other issues have been subjected to a good deal of scrutiny in recent years. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
