Abstract
- The article informs that the first compressed natural gas (CNG)-powered Ford Transit Connect taxis of California hit the surface streets and freeways of greater Los Angeles, in October 2011. It is stated that California Yellow Cab of Orange County put its first 10 Transit Connect taxis into service during an event. Comments of Tim Conlon, president & general manager of California Yellow Cab, are presented, in this regard.
