Abstract
- The article focuses on the effort of well-known publisher Mr. Blinkingham to save the deplorable condition of the pulp industry in Great Britain. It mentions the Blinkingham planned to launch an entreprise that can be compared to Encyclopedia Britannica, which is to sell Japanese embossed wall-paper, and statuettes of Plato, Voltaire, and Mr. Wells. It also offers several insights on the said plan of Mr. Blinkingham, including journalist Dorothy Richardson and professor Chamberlin.
