Abstract

The article discusses a study on spectral solar irradiance and its entropic impact on climate in Earth. It mentions that the Sun has a substantial variation of spectral solar irradiance (SSI) at the top of the Earth's atmosphere (TOA). It also notes the application of the spectral irradiance measurements from the Solar Radiation and Climate Experiment (SORCE) satellite for estimating the incident solar radiation entropy influx of the planet.
