Allergic contact dermatitis caused by dexpanthenol: report of two cases.

The article presents case studies of allergic contact dermatitis caused by Bepanthene cream in treating stasis dermatitis. It mentions that patient 1 had subsequent widespread skin involvement which results to generalized eczema and treated with systemic corticosteroids. It states that the symptoms of patient 2 resolved after administration of oral antihistamines and steroid topical treatment.
