Abstract
- The article reports on the role climate changes play on the rules of World Trade Organization (WTO) regarding subsidies and emissions trading. It states the importance of the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures (SCM Agreement). It provides information on whether trade-related climate measures be applied and be in accordance with SCM Agreement.
