Not My Type.

In this article the author comments on the processes she uses when writing and revising scholarly manuscripts. She comments on ways in which her use of nontraditional fonts and spacing on electronic documents has allowed her to view her writing differently and argues that editing her work as it may appear on a page in a scholarly periodical has provided her with has enabled her to become more critical of her writing.
