Abstract
- The article focuses on the concept of defensive problem-solving practice with a view to pragmatic decision-making amenable to real-world application in order to validate the potential of 3-questions model. It mentions that clinical decision-making in chiropractic practice is not revolves on common presentation but also covers the examination and screening of presentations. It says that the 3-questions model is proposed as reference-point and guide for pragmatic decision-making by chiropractors.
