Integrated Permitting in the United Kingdom and the United States.

The article presents information on the growth of sustainability in the environmental policies and practice of the U.S. A focus is on the implementation of the European Union integrated regulatory scheme by Great Britain and its difference from that implemented by the U.S. The multimedia experiments and policy proposals are discussed along with emerging tools and concepts for the sustainable system for environmental management.
