Abstract: Presents a study which examined the magnetic field dependence of the spin structure in single crystals of yttrium[sub 1-x]gadolinium[sub x]. Methods; Results of the application of the magnetic field on the satellite of origin; Analysis of the magnetic scattering from the helical spin-density wave (SDW) as compared to the linear SDW.
