Abstract

The article explores foods that can fight wrinkles and aging. Olive oil is rich in polyphenols, antioxidants that help prevent diseases related to aging. Research shows that dark chocolates contain significant amount of flavanols and antioxidants. Yogurt is known for cleaning the skin internally. Nuts and juice are other foods that help fight aging.
