Abstract
- The article presents a case study on the effectiveness of an aerosol retrieval algorithm over East Asia using polarized and multi-angular remote sensing. It offers information on the algorithm which retrieves aerosol optical depth (AOD) and fine-mode fraction (FMF) to study the effect of aerosol on climate change. It discusses how the study was conducted which revealed that the algorithm is promising, however further validations are needed.
