Frequency Weightings for Fore-and-aft Vibration at the Back: Effect of Contact Location, Contact Area, and Body Posture.

The article discusses a study conducted to know equivalent comfort contours for fore-and-aft vibration of the backs of seated persons over a range of vibration frequencies between 2 to 80 Hz. It has been informed that the study also determines effects of input location, contact area and body posture. It has been informed that the study found that comfort contours for fore-and-aft vibration at the back depend on input location.
