Abstract
- The article reports on the ruling of the U.S. Supreme Court giving authority to officials in Arizona to implement the show me your papers provision of the state's immigration law. Officers enforcing the law face problem when it comes to determining the legal status of a citizen or resident as the database of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) includes no information on U.S. citizens. Experts predict legal challenges posed by the law.
