Abstract
- The article offers IEEE Communications Society news briefs as of July 2012. Election ballots were electronic mailed (e-mailed) or postal mailed to all Higher Grade IEEE Communications Society members on May 31, 2012. The objectives of the Network Testing Series of "IEEE Communications Magazine" have been outlined as part of a call for papers to academic and industry researchers regarding defects in network testing.
