Abstract
- The article offers information on the weather in the U.S. states in March 2011. It says that flooding shifted from the Ohio Valley into the upper Midwest and struck the Northeast during March. It states that a late-season storms hit northern and central California and the Northwest and drought expand across New Mexico, Arizona, and southern Plains. It mentions that March 5 precipitation records 1.33 inches in New York, Buffalo, and 1.00 inch in Detroit, Michigan.
