Abstract

The article discusses opportunities for business-to-business (B2B) companies to get into mobile marketing. Many B2B companies have reportedly hesitated to go into mobile marketing due to issues with effort and budget as well as executing effective campaigns. The author says that B2B communications professionals must start creating outreach programs or expand existing ones. Some factors that should be considered are cited including using mobile campaigns to get customer feedback.
