Survey of Reliability and Criterion Validity of Backster Numerical Scores of You-Phase Exams from Confirmed Field Investigations.

The article discusses a study that assessed the reliability and validity of Backster Numerical Scores for a sample of confirmed You-Phase examinations. Based on a dimensional profile of criterion accuracy, the Backster Numerical Scores showed criterion accuracy significantly greater than chance with a moderate to high pairwise correlation between numerical scores and participants. The findings support the validity of the Backster Numerical score in You-Phase examinations.
