Abstract: The article offers information about a notice of final rule issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regarding approval and promulgation of air quality implementation plans for Commonwealth of Puerto Rico related to Puerto Rico's Title V Operating Program. It mentions that Puerto Rico Environmental Quality Board had submitted a request to EPA regarding the same. It also states that the rule shall be effective September 28, 2012 onwards.
