Abstract: The article presents a case study of a 40-year-old male with acute anterior myocardial infarction. The Valsalva's non-coronary sinus was found with isolated aneurysms through transoesophageal echocardiography. The diagnosis was made following the presentation of an acute myocardial infarction. The patient went through replacement of composite graft aortic root and saphenous vein graft.
