Non-Traditional Security and Cooperation Between China and SAARC.

The article discusses the possibility for China and the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) to work together to cope with the threats of nontraditional security. It identifies China and South Asia's common concerns over nontraditional security, and explores the possibility for China- SAARC regional cooperation. It presents some suggestions on how to promote China-SAARC regional cooperation based on nontraditional security issues.
