Abstract

The article offers guidelines for dealing with the issue of manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) in the motorcycle business. Two factors to consider when deciding on whether to use MSRP are cash flow and debt situation. For business owners who have a high debt and low cash flow situation, they should continue legally set price according to their needs to be able to survive. The three categories of motorcycle inventories are fast movers, high-profit potential and at risk bikes.
