LOST IN TRANSLATION: ORAL ADVOCACY IN A LAND WITHOUT BINDING PRECEDENT.

The article discusses oral advocacy in U.S. legal proceedings as of June 2012, focusing on the distinctions between civil law and common law methods of legal reasoning in regards to oral arguments.
