Abstract

The article presents a study on the influence of multiple myeloma (MM) in myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) in the bone marrow. The study, using mice models, used several methods including fluorescence-activated cell sorting, T-cell proliferation assay and immunosuppressive capacity analysis. It concludes that the immunosuppressive MDSCs can be found and are active in MM.
