Abstract

The article presents information regarding the regulation of Gli2 receptor by Kif7 receptor utilizing Sufu-dependent and independent functions during the development of skin. It mentions that the abnormal Hedgehog (Hh) signaling activation can result into basal skin carcinoma. It mentions that the deletion of both Sufu and Kif7 receptors in embryonic skin can cause complete loss of follicles.
