Abstract

The article discusses the study which demonstrate that regulatory T cells can enhance the avidity of cell responses to foreign antigens and improves T cell memory. The researchers have demonstrated an in vivo infection model using ovalbumin-specific T cell response linked to the reduction of interferon production. The findings propose that suppression of regulatory T cells can explain how autoimmune and foreign-antigen-specific responses.
