CASE SERIES EVALUATION: THE USE OF DURAFIBER ON EXUDING WOUNDS.

The article presents four case studies describing the overall acceptability of Durafiber to a number of patients with a variety of different wound types by clinical staff. They included a man in his early 80s with a history of venous ulceration, a female in her 80s with a mixed aetiology leg ulcer, and a woman in her late 90s treated for a toe pressure ulcer. All of them responded positively ti treatment with a Durafiber dressing. The advantages offered by a Durafiber dressing are highlighted.
