Abstract

The article presents a study which analyzed strengthening of precipitation global-scale increase in terms of changes in energy balances and whole atmospheric water. It states that through a combination of water and energy equations, constraints for the surface flux changes were obtained for surface partition between the latent and sensible components. It shows that aerosol forcing may have an effect on decadal-scale predictability of hydrological strength changes.
