Congress scrutinizes handling of fees.

The House Energy & Commerce Subcommittee on oversight and investigations recently disclosed that millions of dollars in consulting fees paid by large US defense contractors to retired S. Korean Air Force General Eung-Yul Yoon, were deposited in a Paris bank, and not in S. Korea where the general's company is located. Investigation is still trying to find out what this money was used for.
