Abstract
- The article discusses the final ruling of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on the exemption from the tolerance requirement for residues of 2-propenoic acid, 2-ethylhexyl ester, polymer with ethenylbenzene. It says that a petition was submitted by H. B. Fuller Co. to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) which asks for an exemption from the tolerance requirement. It adds that the regulation eliminates the establishment of such residues.
