Abstract
- The article informs that El Paso, Texas may issue revenue bonds worth 50 million U.S. dollars for a downtown baseball stadium after a favorable ruling in a bond validation lawsuit. According to Tim Sulak, District Court Judge from Travis County, Texas, the city complied with all applicable state laws in asking voters to enhance the hotel tax to support the bonds.
