Abstract: The article discusses the proposal by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to amend the compliance certification requirements for state and federal operating permits programs that were published in the periodical on June 27, 2003. One sentence has been deleted from the rules in error. This action allegedly proposes to restore the sentence to its original location in the rules. Comments must reportedly be received on or before May 28, 2013.
