Abstract
- The article presents a study which describes the characteristics of growth of the human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) that are cultured in stirred-tank bioreactor. Methods used include hMSCs isolation from the unprocessed and fresh bone marrow, human mesenchymal stem-cell culture, and microcarrier preparation. Study reveals the role of high lactate concentration in the growth of hMSC in the microcarriers.
