Abstract
- A conference paper about forced long-range chromatin interaction for the reprogramming of a developmentally controlled b-globin gene locus to manipulate gene expression is presented. It informs that the b-globin loci long-range chromosomal interactions between a distal enhancer, known as locus control region (LCR) and the globin genes are developmentally dynamic and it requires the nuclear factor Ldb1.
