Abstract
- The article comments on two papers about money and banking by C.R. Whittlesey and Karl R. Bopp respectively, which have been published within the issue. It is viewed that these two papers have raised several questions regarding the future of the U.S. society. It is opined that both Whittlesey and Bopp were confident of controlling the business cycle through changes in the quantity of money.
