Polymer models of yeast S. cerevisiae genome organization.

A conference paper about the genome organization of yeast S. cerevisiae is presented. It examines the impacts of chromosomal organization in cellular processes including transcription, replication and genomic stability. It further highlights that stochastic simulations of polymer dynamics was used to study the spatial organization of yeast chromosomes.
