Abstract: The article discusses the recognition and management of triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) injury. It describes the anatomy of the wrist and the symptoms of TFCC, which include clicking, popping, worsened pain over time and grip strength weakness. The article includes information on the physical examination and diagnosis of TFCC as well as treatment methods, both surgical and nonsurgical.
