- A letter to the editor is presented which discusses how the Organization Against Drugs (OKANA) has achieved great success in controlling human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) among people who inject drugs (PWID) in Greece, a country plagued by fiscal crisis.
